march 2013

march was a beautiful month. (it's middle of august & so forgive me while i relive these pictures of us in tank tops & comfortable!)

our friends tina & rob had us over...

we played at a park.

we celebrated st.patty's day while wearing shirts auntie got us! 

we hung out with avery & landon.

we went on scooter rides around the neighborhood. the flowers were AMAZING.

maya attempted to blow her first wish flower. 

i think she ended up getting some in her mouth, so she's not a fan.

we went to owen's 5th birthday party & loved the bounce house. (thanks for the pic joanne!)

we got to play with amaya after their portrait session. 

maya & i figured out we could have fun while finn was in school... instead of just running errands. 

so we hit the botanical gardens & the visited the butterflies. 

finn's school put on a play. his first play! 

i was in theatre, my dad was in theatre. it's in his blood. he was the prop holding guy with kace.

 they were very serious about their job. 

maya's favorite place to read books. 

i love our bookshelf that we built & the baskets that i found that fit perfectly underneath 

to hold all of their puzzles. eventually i'll put this up on a long, 

low desk in their room.  maya's painting on the left, finn's on the right. 

our good friends rachel & jason came by for their regular visit. we love them so! and are sad that they're moving out of california because we won't be getting our biannual visits anymore... we'll have to figure something out. 

i work ouuut. yes i did just do the dance with that. 

 bootcamp babes, run by my friends marnie & jamie, host every few months a babes, boys & beer. 

it was a lot of fun. 

bryan & i won one of the events & still need to use our gift certificate to ohso!

finn made a safe zone for bubbles while i was playing a frisbee game. 

the kids did great on the sidelines until bryan got there. 

easter hunt at school. they decorated the eggs!
